Excellent daysailor/weekender from the Jeanneau stable. Easy boat to sail that will appeal to experienced or novice yachtsmen and women. Spacious cockpit with tiller steering and locker storage. Lifting keel allows the more shallow areas of our wonderful coastline to be explored. Makes it easier to tow as well.
Tardis like accommodation with double berth to rear, galley with 2-burner hob and sink, heads with chemical toilet and horseshoe seating area which will convert to a large double.
The engine is a reliable, electric start Tohatsu 4-stroke, purchased new in 2015. Other extras include refurbished sprayhood, cockpit table, cockpit cushions and NEW (still in the box) DSC VHF.
Below decks is surprisingly spacious. There is a large double beneath the cockpit sole with opening port into cockpit and hull mounted storage bags. There is a hanging wardrobe adjacent to the galley. The galley has a 2-burner gas hob, stainless steel sink with pressurised fresh water and storage shelving. In the bow are two single settee/berths situated either side of the saloon table. The table has drop leaves allowing easy access forward. The table is incorporated into the box for the lifting keel housing.
At the rear of the starboard settee are the chart table and switch panel. The chart table lid lifts to reveal a coolbox. There is a heads compartment with a chemical toilet, wet locker, and sink unit.
The yacht is clean and tidy with great upholstery and wooden cabinetry. 12V lighting. Shore power.

Engine & Electrics:
Vessel is powered by an economical and reliable Tohatsu 10hp 4-stroke engine.
The engine was installed in 2014 and for the first 3 years of its life was operated in fresh water.
Electric start with throttle mounted in cockpit. 12 Litre tank.
Twin 12V battery installation fitted with isolator.
Yacht was rewired in 2014 with new switch panel added at chart table.
There is a battery charger and shore power unit which was installed in 2010.
At the chart table, there is a domestic battery monitor and a tank gauge for the fresh water tank.
Sails & Rigging:
This yacht is so easy to sail and all lines are led aft to cockpit.
Deck stepped aluminium spars and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging.
Terylene running rigging led aft via turning blocks and jammers.
Mainsail is mounted in a lazy bag on the boom. Roller furling headsail with UV strip.
Genoa sheet winches mounted within easy reach of the helm. Halyard winch on coachroof.
