2009 Valiant DR520 for heavier loads and greater passenger capacity. Still remarkably portable and light weight, this model features a wide beam for interior room, and enhanced lateral stability. Intergal fuel tank in the DR520 provides increased range capability and frees up deck space for passengers and gear. Storage is available in the large bow locker.
The hull's deep-V forward transitions to a keel pad aft. This combination affords a smooth ride while also promtoting quick planing and lower fuel consumption.
Available in orange tubes with jockey console or grey tubes with steering console and side by side seating.
Keeping the same multi-use characteristics as the previous series, these boats are easy to trail, to launch and solidly constructed. They are distinguished by the design of their ample beam, and a deep “V” at the bow with evolution towards stern which provides fast planing as well as stability and security when confronting strong sea conditions. |

Stormforce 8.4 Open
Hullform
The 8.4 is based on the classic Redbay design of a deep V prismatic hullform, combined with spray rails for additional lift. This combination gives exceptional ride and comfort in rough conditions without compromising the performance of the hull. The hull is manufactured from GRP.
Configurations
With this size of RIB, a diesel sterndrive tends to become the more popular option, giving a good combination of cruising speed and range (up to 450 miles). The 8.4 is also available as either a single or twin outboard.
The 8.4 is normally fitted with a full width single lid engine bay for the sterndrive version. The outboard version can be either be an open transom or be fitted with an engine draining well incorporating additional stern seating.
The Stormforce 8.4 can be fitted with any of our consoles, and has also been fitted with POD style seating for 12+2 passengers. Other versions of the 8.4 include Cabin, Canopy and the Expedition.
Background
The Stormforce 8.4 was first developed for the RNLI, and has subsequently become one of the most popular RIBs in our range. It is an extremely versatile hull, and has been successfully used for both commercial and leisure users |

Stormforce 750
Background
The 750 model is a moidernised version of the very successful Stormforce 7.4. It is available in 3 versions which include open cockpit, wraparound canopy and hard cabin. Apart from the hardnose it also has a far superior level of finish which includes a one piece mould from bow to stern
The new 750 also includes the provision for a double berth in the bow with proper access through the console. This has been achieved by the adaptation of the GRP hardnose featuring on our larger models, which provides total security in big seas.
Hullform
The Stormforce 750 is a deep V hull form, which is one of the reasons that this RIB has such fantastic abilities in rough offshore conditions. The deep V hull is combined with sprayrails to produce additional lift and improve the hydrodynamics of the hull. The tube is designed to sit firmly in contact with the water surface while at rest; this ensures that the RIB has maximum stability. In addition to this the bow section has been enhanced to include a hardnose which protects the tubes in this very vulnerable front section.
Configuration
The 750 is available as an open cockpit, a canopy and a hard cabin RIB. It can be powered by outboards or diesel Sterndrives. Internally, there is flexibility as to the type of seating: POD, High Back Comfort Seats and Air Sprung Suspension options are all available.

Like new 2006 5.6m Avon rib with an only run in Honda 90hp 4stroke engine. This boat has only been used a hand full on times and it shows.
The boat really is spotless with only 68 hours running time and always cover with its taylor made full boat cover.
